Where are the no credit check apartments in Oceanside, CA?

Asked by Monae Cobb, Oceanside, CA Fri Jan 4, 2013

My husband and I have been married for literally 5 days. While looking for a place to live, we settled on Mission Hills on Rancho Del Oro Blvd. During the credit check process, it came up that he has an eviction on his record and owes money to SD G&E and Cox Communications. Story goes, he was a co-ap for a friend who wanted to live out in town but he himself never signed the lease. My husband said that he was told that the lease was broken but was never told that his buddy was evicted. This so-called "friend" is now out of Marine Corps and we are not able to find a place to move without this situation coming up. What to do?

You may have better luck renting directly from an owner of a condo who may not be so srict on the eviction issue. Check http://www.craigslist.com
