Hi Jayhawkrules,
The best place for deals for a 2 bedroom in West Hollywood is working with a great agent! The MLS is the number 1 source of up to date immediate information. When a great deal comes on the market, you will know about it right away! You need to work with an agent that can get you in to see the property and has great negotiating skills, because the great deals go quickly in this market! If you havent found a place to buy yet, I would love to help you out. I just found an amazing deal on a 2 bedroom condo for my client that is walking distance to everything and he will be paying less on his mortgage than he is paying in rent right now. Feel free to contact me.

If you need help to raise your credit scores fast,
We specialize in raising FICO scores dramatically, in weeks, not months or years.

As a matter of fact with one of our most recent clients we raised his score from 552 up to 729 in 3 weeks.

Hope This Helps

Trulia and Zillow are two excellent websites. However, there is so much more to viewing websites You need to get in touch with a real estate agent who has experience and knows how to obtain the best financing for the property as well as other options. I have been in the real estate for 30 years and can hear what your real estate needs are as well as guide you through the entire process until close of escrow. Call me at 310-310-2502. or e-mail: marshablock@hotmail.com

Craigslist and Westside Rentals are both good places for rentals. Trulia and Zillow list rentals as well. Between all of those, that should be a good start! Good luck and feel free to let me know if you need anything.

Definately Craigslist #1. They have to have 80% market share for rental listings by now. Maybe try the LA Times web site classifieds or a local paper web site, they could have some hidden gems.

I always recommend looking at craigslist. It is free for an owner to post and a renter to search, so you will find many listings there. Click on this link to see what is available in Hollywood, http://losangeles.craigslist.org/lac/apa/ .

Good luck with your search!
