What is the max amount of years you can lease this property? Are they looking to sell or lease long term? Thanks. John

To my knowledge there is no minimum nor maximum number of years. No matter the term of the lease, it has to be in writing to be enforceable, signed by all parties. If a person is doing a temporary lease either in the purchase or sale of a property the max is 90 days from the closing date of the property.

For more information or specific situation it is my recommendation that you consult with a real estate attorney.

Since no link is visible and no address is given, you may want to ask your question again--however, any local agent can help you--contact any realty office(s) and inquire.
