What is the crime like around zip code 19141?

Asked by Frankie, Germantown, Philadelphia, PA Sat Jun 30, 2012

We're moving up around Albert Einstein Hospital (555 Old York Rd) and don't know a thing about the neighborhood. Is it safe?

Crime is moderate a busy area close to Olney Transportation Center. I know of a property in close proximity that would offer you a true no money down opportunity with all furnishing and appliances included. It is in a much safer area than 19141 area. Only 4-5 minutes away.

Good Evening Frank, Go to the Local precincts and ask for a Police Blotter for your particular area in question... Then if that Blotter suits your satisfaction and want to get serious in finding a home ?.... then we are serious in helping you get that home and protect you all the way through the process.

Why are Realtors constantly asked "How safe is the neighborhood?" What does "safe" mean to you? It's your responsibility to figure these things out, no?!? The best thing to do is, Kayla is right. If you're so concerned do your due diligence and not take ANYONE's opinion. One person's "crime" is another's walk in the park.

The best thing to do is ask the local police or people around the town.
