The amount of rentals is 10% and 6-7 in a sales.

the usual ones are 10% of the total lease or 1 month rent.
For sales, it is around 5-6% should be individually negotiated

Unlike other states If you are a Renter in Florida the broker fees are paid by the owner of the property. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions and do your research not all Brokers are the same.

For rentals, it is usually 10% of the total lease or 1 month rent.

For sales, it is around 6%.

In each case, it should be individually negotiated
