Good news! The co-op fee is almost always paid by the Landlord and is usually a one time fee. This is how your agent gets paid, hopefully for their excellent service!

Hi Martha,

Simply put, the co-op fee is your agent's commission. You don't have to pay for the agent to find you a place to live, The landlord or seller does that. So, when you select the right agent to help you, you get expert, professional service FREE! What a deal! Where else will you find that??
Contact me If I can be of further service. My first job is to look out for my clients' best interests.

Best Regards,

The CoOp fee is almost always paid by the Landlord, Martha, unless you have a Tenant Brokerage Agreement that states differently. It is normally a one time fee. Please call, text or email if we can provide further assistance. Good Luck!
