Rental Property Management sites:

Sacramento Rental Rates: http://www.homepointe.com/owner_services_rental_survey.asp

PM Blog: http://mbrewergroup.com/

http://www.rentalprop.com/

and, of course, Nancy Manning, who just wrote that she knows your neighborhood rental market.

Lacreta: Is this at Capital Park Homes? It is all about location. I sell and manage several homes in around the State Capitol. My guess would be $1,695 to $1,895 range depending on location and condition.

Lacreta...

Try "rentometer.com" and "padmapper.com"... they might give you a little insight...

Also do the Craigslist search and see what comes up on your area.

You might drive around your neighborhood and call up any for rent signs you see...

And you can contact a property management company and get their recommendations as well...

Make it a Great Day...!
