since you're an agent in Manhattan, don't you know the answer to that?

Yes but my main focus is on the Upper West Side, I was curious to reach out to see what other markets are hot from a Manhattan Agents aspect. Thanks Debbie

I specialize in the UWS & it's always in demand; all year 'round. Last year, this year, next year, etc :-)

Looking forward,

Hi Zee,

MNS puts out a rental market report every month and it shows trends, price increases/decreases as well as inventory levels with monthly and yearly fluctuations. Have a look and also check out PDE's website, they have a comprehensive report as well and one for sales.

All the best,

Zee, I would suggest you ask your broker or colleagues in your office.
