We hope to rent in the Borough around Palmer Sq. (or nearby). What's the turnover like here? Do decent units come up often? Is 2k/mo. realistic?

The rentals near the University and Palmer Square are very desirable and hard to come by with a decent price. Broaden your search to a couple of blocks further. You may be able to find more choices. Good luck.

Rental properties near the exciting & popular downtown Princeton / Palmer Square location vary, as do rental prices. You can find single unit condos, apartments, town homes, full and partial home rentals. Rental properties lease quickly, however, the market is active and turnover has been brisk.
Please send me an email if you'd like more details and I'll follow up directly. Thank you!

Should have mentioned it is no longer the boro since consolidation this past year. You may also want to consider near library and a few other areas around town.

If you would like a compilation of all rentals there shoot me an email. They come and go quickly and range from studios (really small) to 3 bed units.
