As a property manager, providing us with the most security you can as far as information about your job searches, prepayment ability, and any potential for a co-signor is paramount . The rental market is incredibly active here, and the supply is low. You want to make yourself as marketable as you can. We can help.

1) Have a high quality 'co-signor' lined up.
2) Offer to prepay multiple months rent to reduce risk to the landlord.
3) Have a very well constructed letter explaining your circumstances, reasons for moving, verifiable job interview status, etc.

Essentially, make it easy for them to feel comfortable with you vs. someone else.
