Ami Todd, Home Buyer in I-70 Corridor, Arvada,...

Need nice town home near Ft Belvoir in 2250-2500 per month range. Special needs child, so good school is top priority...

Will be moving to Ft. Belvoir soon and need advice on which neighborhoods to look into around base. I would prefer to live off post, but if on post housing and schools are superior, please let me know. We have a special needs child who will be starting pre-school during our station there, so a good district is top priority!

I would recommend looking online for local school ratings. I would be happy to help you locate the perfect off base home.

I'm familiar with the area and lived on Ft. Belvoir when I was a child. Please feel free to contact me if you haven't found a Realtor or property that fits your needs.

Ami, we have a home available (6139 Cinnamon Ct.) It's 2900 a month, but seems to fit your specifications. Let me know if you're interested in discussing further.
