My wife and I are planning to relocate to Nashville area in August. We have multiple house cats (spayed/neutered, declawed, DOCILE). Any renters?

You might be able to locate a condo that allows pets, and I would recommend the Bellevue area (just west of Nashville) as a good place to start. If you'd like, I will send you info on condos in and around the Nashville area. You can reach me at sfelton@realtracs.com. Good luck!

A lot depends on the number of animals. We accept pets in some of our units. Please visit our web site http://www.exitrentsnashville.com

Thank you. We are looking to rent a Single family home that will allow our cats. We just moved from Durham, NC were we sold our home which was 3145sf. Our needs for a rental home are in the range of 2000 to 2500Sf less than $2000 rent per month. I am a Dr. and will be working at Vanderbilt and my wife is a Registered Nurse and has accepted a position with the Tennessee Department of Health (310 Great Circle Drive Nashville). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in finding housing in and around the Nashville area.

Best regards,

Dr. Nash & Cindy Aragam

Durham! What a great area! :) Are you fans of Duke or NCState?

Please shoot me an email at theholtrealestategroup@gmail.com; I believe I have several options which may be best for you, in one of the most desirable neighborhoods close to downtown. Here are some examples:

Yes, we realize that....lol. The truth is that we have 6 and they were all saved from Animal shelters as 2-4 weeks kittens and that have known nobody but us. They are afraid of strangers and the outside and have never been exposed to anything outdoors. We have bought and sold two houses since they became a part of our family over the past 10 years and they have NOT destroyed any property as they have been superbly trained and we are meticulous in picking up any of their occasional hairballs. We're actually looking for rent-to-buy or lease-to-buy options and both my wife and I are healthcare doctor/RN professionals (I'm a Genetic Epidemiologist and my wife is a Nurse Consultant; we have no kids!).

Having said that what in your opinion is a limit on number of pets in the Nashville renters market and how much are the deposits? Worse come to worst, we are ready to rent two apartments until we know the area and settle on a house to buy...

Thanks much in advance for any answers,

Best, Nash
