My husband and I need to move quickly, but no one is calling back or all the apts are rented? Has anyone had success with this site?

HELP! We are looking for a nice 1 or 2 bedroom in in or between long beach and to Huntington Beach. We both have excellent credit and referrals and need to move quickly, but no one is calling back or all the apts are rented? Has anyone had success with this site?

My office has rentals in long beach and is located in Belmont Shore. Please give Jessica a call at (562) 434-9911 Ext. 0 and she can tell you what is available or you can stop by at our office at 189 Quincy Ave and see if there is anything worthwhile. We have a box outside the front door of our office with our rental list.

Also if you provide me your search parameters including rental amount you are willing to pay and your email address I will be happy to send you some rentals from our MLS.

Would be happy to help if you have any other questions.

Linda,

I'd be glad to help. However, I will need to know more info about you, your husband, your time frame, pets, credit, price range, etc. Some listings that you finding are probably no longer available. It is best to work with a Broker/Agent that has access to the Multiple Listing Service and is familiar with the area in which you are interested.

Please feel free to call me anytime.

What is your budget? How quickly do you need to move?

If you answer me directly, I can help with the search.

Hello Linda F,
There's some listings in the MLS that might help you.
Let me know how much rent you want, if you have a pet,
if you want a sfr, units or condo.
Just msg me here and i'll send you a link from the MLS.
Thank you.

I would suggest you try more rental sites:

http://www.craigslist.com
http://www.apartments.com
http://www.zillow.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.realtor.com (Rentals Section)

Between all of those, you will get a very clear picture if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck!
