Looking to move to SC in May. We want to rent a place for under $900 in a good area with great schools. Is Summerville good? What about West Ashley?

We don't mind if we rent an apartment/townhome/house but we do prefer something with a community pool and playground. Also, we prefer something with a washer/dryer.

You can find information on schools at this website ---> http://www.ed.sc.gov/data/report-cards/
Summerville is a bedroom community about 45 minutes from Charleston and West Ashley is a little closer to beaches and Charleston. Hope this helps!
