Looking for studio/1br near LoDo (prefer North side) around $1000-$1200. Was hoping for some pointers on good areas or even specific listings.

As an active real estate agent whom grew up in Chadds Ford Pa, welcome to Denver! I'm not a property manager so could only help with a purchase. Craiglist, and Rent.com seem to work well. Note that there are some specific property managers in the Downtown Denver area as well. Rents tend to be fairly high in price and seem to go quickly, so be ready to make a decision.

Best of luck on your move!

Julie is right and in addition there are many good sized management companies located in Denver. They should be easy to find with a quick search. Good luck!

We do not have a rental MLS system in Denver. I suggest you look actively on Craigslist, rent, com, Zillow, Trulia and Hotpads.com. The rental market is a hot one, so have references and credit scores ready, and be ready to say YES when you see one you like
