Visit http://privateleases.com/ to gain access to every listing in the MLS updated in real time.

This way you won't find yourself making inquiries on sites full of fraudulent or outdated listings.
Sites like Craigslist, Trulia and Zillow are loaded with ton's of rental listings that can be manually added that ultimately are never updated or for groups who find victims who commit fraud.

Good Luck

Since your question refers to a family home to rent or lease, here is a link that will show all the available rentals / leases currently shown on the MLS, in all price ranges. All information is updated throughout every day so it is current information. Take a look and then you should select one local realtor to assist you.

Are you looking for a condo or a house? Are schools a consideration? Do you want an area with lots of local entertainment? Just a few thoughts to consider.

Thanks,
