Is Truila affliated with the MLS. Also, is there a way of my adding my name to a list of those looking for a condo/townhome to rent?

Hello,

To answer your question, no, Trulia is not affiliated to the MLS. I've worked with several renters and therefore, I'm familiar with different apartment buildings, condos/townhouses in the city and in the western suburbs. Please feel free to email me if you would like me to email and show you the properties.

No.

If your looking for a list of these, have an agent send them to you. Its free, and this way you have someone to walk you through the process, at no cost to you.

Many real estate agents (including me!) would be glad to help you find a rental. We earn a commission from the landlord and our services are no cost to you. Give me a call and I'd be glad to look for a condo or townhome that matches your needs.

As stated trulia is separate from mls. It pulls listings from the mls under an agreement, but it is not in 'real time' and often ahs mistakes. Any agent can help you with your rental search.

you need to contact me and tell me what you want and let me help you.. Trula is way to general for someone serious about buying..you need a professional agent once the decision is made to move forward

Trulia receives data from MLS, but they are not a brokerage.
It is one reason why the information you find here is not always accurate or up to date.

I can set you up in a search for rental or purchase directly in the MLS, or you can go to my website @ http://www.realtyexecutiveschicago.com and set up your own search(es).

Both have full, up to the minute access to the full MLS database.

I just need an email address to get you into the MLS, and you will need the same on the website.

Trulia is not affiliated with the MLS - These are 2 separate entities.

As per adding your name to list to rent, absolutely. Contact me and I'd be glad to assist you with this.

Trulia is not directly affiliated with the MLS, however they have a "sharing program" you might call it, which allows agents to post their listings via the MLS # onto Trulia. If you're looking for a place to rent please feel free to contact me, I can forward you a complete list of what is on the market for rent. If you're looking to rent it is always free to work with a Realtor.
