Is Smith Brian from Point2Homes a real person? I've tried looking up his info and didn't find much, except http://smithbrian1.point2agent.com/Listing/

I'm finding a lot of shady persons from point2homes listing as a double listing from an original posting of a house sold from a few months ago. Pictures that seem professional quality and rent that is TOO good to be true.

Shady. I dealt with people of "his" kind before-whoever he is. I received a shady response similar to a response I've received from a "realtor" before and found out they were scamming.

point2 never answers my questions about unit number, sf etc, rent seemed low. probable scam especially if you are some distance from SF
