Hi there,
There are several communities in Jupiter, and the surrounding areas such as Palm Beach Gardens, North Pam Beach and Tequesta that will allow multiple pets. Areas such as Tequesta Country Club, Whispering Trails, Jupiter Farms, Palm Beach Country Estates, The Hamptons and The Bluffs are just a few of the great communities that will allow 2 dogs. Of course, some may not allow certain breeds but others accept all breeds. If you'd like more information about these communities, you can look on my website which is jbader.remax-florida.com or contact me directly at jackiesellsre@gmail.com or (561) 629-4441. Thank you. I hope to hear from you soon.

Egret Landing is a great neighborhood in the heart of Jupiter with larger than normal lot sizes great for pets. You should not have a problem with 2 dogs unless they are pit bulls. Then i would recommend Jupiter Farms or Palm Beach Country Estates. To learn more about these neighborhoods visit my website www,platprops.com or call me directly at 561-301-2598

You might want to look into the Bluffs in Jupiter. They have single family homes with very liberal pet restrictions. Large and multiple pets are common. (We live there) Also, it's just a block or two to Jupiter's wonderful dog friendly beach. Check out the beach video on our website http://www.hindmanteam.com

Pets can add a challenge to finding a rental property, but it is not impossible. The size, age and breed of the dogs will also be a factor.

I would look at single family homes, especially in areas that involve a yard and are not bound by an HOA (though some don't restrict pets as heavily).

If you are relocating to the Jupiter area there are also surrounding cities that may be a great fit like Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Tequesta, etc. If you broaden your search, you may have a bigger selection to choose from.

I would be happy to help you find a rental!

GLA, you might want to look in Martin County. A rated schools, lower taxes, plentiful public beaches, relaxed lifestyle, many dog friendly communities. Very short commute to Jupiter.

If this might interest you, give me a call.

Hello,

Our group of 3 Full-time Realtors can help you find your home. Please give us a call at 561-972-8441 and we will do our best to find a place for your family and your 2 dogs. In the Jupiter area and all over Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties, a lot of communities are governed by Homeowners Associations(HOA's) and they often have limits on the number of dogs, size/weight, and even breed restrictions. There are communities which allow pets without restrictions and there are also areas with no HOA's.

We are here to help,

Many homeowners will not allow two pets even if their association allows it. What type of dogs do you have? Are you looking for a rental or purchase? If you would like to send me more information I will see if I can assist you.
