You will have a hard time finding something in which ALL utilities are included as most communities tend to pay for either water or even cable but you will be hard pressed to find any that pay for FPL. Doing your HW can save you a lot of time later on.

Hi, it is usually in Condominiums that utilities are included. Most are the basics like hot water and gas. Although utilities vary monthly a search can still be performed and have a property located. Also keep in mind that when certain utilities are prorated, it could me more of a hassle getting additional monthly bills if an overage does occur.

It might be tough to find somewhere where all the utilities are included. They are out there so looking hard enough, you should be able to find something! You could also call a local realtor just to see what they might know.

Utilities are typically included on efficiencies or other small units that are part of a property, not a 3 bedroom. Some utilities like water and cable may be included on duplexes or condominiums.

Hello...please email me at the area of interest you are looking for along with price range so I can better help you out. Once you choose a property you like we simply submit an offer. Once accepted by landlord, if there is no hoa we coordinate the day you would like to move in. Also If it is a condo you are looking for sometimes water is included and cable. Sometimes not. If it is house usually all utilities are responsibility of tenant.
