Whatever you do don't fall for the "free rent" scams offered by some of the horrible apartment complexes that have all of the "upgrades" listed. I would look into contacting a licensed real estate agent that also does rentals.

There are many condos for rent. After deciding where we want to live, take a look at you budget to determine the maximum amount of rent you can afford; including the condo and HOA fees. Also take under consideration that the fees normally increase every year. Your rent should no moe than 50% of your take home pay. Call for assistance in your home search at 301-919-8858.
