Hi Cherise,

That' s a wide range of children... it's awesome. You should work with a buyer's agent who knows the area. Every state has different law when it comes to real estate. Call me if you get a change.

You mean downtown? That plaza? With the Sundial?

If so, then...

I like Inman Park for you, with Mary Lin, Inman then Grady for matriculation. My daughter attends IP Cooperative Preschool, and we love it.

Go to http://www.greatschools.org to get the ratings for schools in the area. Feel free to go to http://fredyancy.crye-leike.com under "local community" tab to review things such as demographics, crime statistics, fun things to do and see in Atanta, and a ton of other information valuable for someone relocating to the area.
