While you always need to be careful when choosing a home based on school districts (as these can change), I completely understand trying to do so. I have been trying to help my sister find a home that will allow my neice to stay at DeLaura for now, but go to Viera for high school. As a result, I know that there is a small area of overlap. The properties you have previously been given as options may attend Viera, but they are not within the DeLaura district lines.
After a more careful search, during which I checked each address to be sure it was in the DeLaura school district, I came up with a list of 6 homes. The homes may be smaller, but they have 3 bedrooms and perhaps you can find a place for your office or den within the floorplan. I guess it all depends on your priorities--house size or school district.
Here is the link to those I found:
I would love to help you find a new home. Call me if you have any questions or want more information.
By the way, if you click on the apple icon on the listing from our MLS, it will take you to the Brevard County Schools website. To the left is a clickable question "What school do I attend?" You may find this helpful in the future.
