Hello,

How are you? I hope you're doing well. Since I see that you were looking for a rental in 2012, I thought that perhaps you might be ready to consider purchasing your own home at this time. If that's something you're interested in, please feel free to contact me because there are several great payment options available now to help moderate income households into home ownership.

I currently have a beautiful 1 bedroom/conv 2 bedroom HDFC Co-op listed for sale at 132 W 169th Street in the Highbridge section of the Bronx. The maintenance does not include utilities but it's only $650 per month.

Please feel free to browse the photos I have here on Trulia or check out the videos at my website link below. If you have further questions or would like to schedule an appointment, just let me know.

All the best to you :-)

Looking forward,

Christine Gordon

Jessa,

That is going to be kind of rough are you looking for a studio or a 1 bedroom. Are you looking for a stabilized rental apartment? We have a huge rental department at EXIT REALTY SEARCH at 347-202-4965. One of our rental specialist would be able to help.

Best of Luck!

Mark's idea may be the best option. Rooms for rent will probably be the most cost effective and usually, you may be able to benefit from some extras like free cable, phone, utilities and internet

Craigslist is a great option, along with http://www.roomster.com/ and other sites. There's a lot of people in the same situation, so call/meet to see if you're compatible and then go from there.

I would recommend looking on craigslist.com to share an apartment with someone. With 15k income it is going to be tough for you to find something within your price range. Best of luck!
