Carmen Mioni, Home Buyer in 85018

I'm looking to rent in the Camelback East area. I'm having trouble finding decent town homes in the area. North of Camelback only. Any help?

There are very nice ones right across the street from Madison School.: http://www.meritagehomes.com/search/phoenix-az/madison-place/

There are not very many townhomes in this area. There are upscale apartments/condos and a newly built Senior citizens home on Missouri.

Just a few seconds north of Camelback. A great professional community.

We lived there when it wasn't condo yet so right after we bought a home they asked if we wanted to purchase, we declines, we lived on the 2nd floor w/ a man who sleepy all day, because our speakers were close to the floor what wasn't loud he cam banging on my door so I stopped listening to music. My one story Townhome in Central Phoenix is the best model, split floor plan and nobody upstairs making noise nor me bothering anyone.

Of you don't want to live near a school, those bells rings all day night and weekends. Also you'll need to be extra slow in school routes to be mindful of the children.
