Hi Melanie,

I live and work in the Montrose area. If you are currently renting a home in that area for $1,250...you have a great deal. Do you want to stay I that area? If so, please contact me on my cell at 713-498-4319. If you are looking to buy, I have a great townhome at 1310 Harold, just listed at $285K.

Please contact me on my cell, if you need further assistance.

Hi Margaret,

I'm currently renting a duplex in the Montrose area. I work in the Med Center and was interested in what's available in this part of Houston.

Thanks.

Hi Jill,
Thanks for the response. I've been in my place for about six years, it's the upper half of a duplex. From the response I've gotten, I'm guessing $1250 is a good deal for 2br/1b? I think, my landlord is going up again this year to $1350.

Melanie ...

A 2/2 rental property in Montrose (or within the Loop, for that matter) for $1250 doesn't seem realistic, given today's market. If you can increase your price range a bit, perhaps you'd stand a better chance. Best of luck.

I'm not limited to the Montrose area, but I'd definitely prefer to stay inside the loop. I currently work in the Med center area.
