I don't have great credit. I do have sufficient income and a outstanding reference from a landlord I was with for 10 years. Any ideas where to look?

You need to talk with a lender, as the requirement have changed drastically. You might be able to get a loan, but at a higher interest rate than someone with excellent credit. KathyBC 800-448-3411 ext 601 (9/27).

I HAVE A CLIENT THAT HAS A NEW MANUFACTURE HOME IN A 55+ STABLE GATED COMMUNITY,WITH NO PETS OR RENTALS ALLOWED. HE WOULD SET UP A MORTGAGE AT GOOD RATE. BUT BECAUSE OF THE CREDIT HE WOULD NEED A DOWN PAYMENT HOW MUCH WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO COME UP WITH. SEND ME YOUR E-MAIL AND I WILL E-MAIL YOU MORE INFO ON THE PROPERTY. WE CAN GET YOU IN THIS PROPERTY FOR UNDER $1,000 A MONTH WHICH WOULD INCLUDES UTILITES,INSURANCE,TAXES,AND H.O.A FEES AT $150.00 A MONTH WITH INCLUDES SEWER,WATER, AND COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE

I refer my clients to Elizabeth Gates at Aadvisor Realty. She is a great rental agent and one that could certainly help you. (239) 325-1673.

Start with a good rental agent. Although I do not personally handle rentals, most of the larger companies have rental firms and should be able to help you.
