I am moving to the Charlotte and do not know the area. What is a good neighborhood to rent in? We are looking for a home for $1500/mth

Asked by Tamara Childers-Cosner, Charlotte, NC Thu Apr 25, 2013

We may only be in the area for a year so we are looking for a rental house. We would like to rent a home with a yard, garage, in a kid friendly neighborhood with good schools. We have a toddler and another on the way and I work from home so we would prefer at 4 bedroom but can do a 3 if needed. We have two dogs so pets will need to be allowed.

The Ballantyne area in South Charlotte is great. Fort Mill, SC is a great place with great schools also on the south side of Charlotte. The South Park / Myers Park is also nice. Call me at 704-390-8859 or email me at kevin@homescharlotte.com. You can also checkout my website at http://www.carolinahomeshop.com I hope that helps. Have a great day.
