I am looking to rent an apartment in Hollywood and am having a hard time finding one. I'd appreciate any help from a real estate agent.

My budget is 1,000-1,400 per month and I have a dog.

I would suggest you try the regular rental sites:

http://www.trulia.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.zillow.com (Rentals Section)
http://www.realtor.com (Rentals Section)

Between all of those, you will get a very clear picture if you can find what you are looking for. Good luck!

Keith, you are more than welcome to call me directly. I have closed almost 40 leases in just as many months so I know how to find apartments. I also personally have sold many apartment buildings and know the owners directly in many different areas. My services are free to you and I will only ask you for a recent credit report. If you don't have one, my company can do it for a $25 fee.

In Hollywood you would be incredibly lucky to find something in the $1000-$1400 range that accepted a dog. You will likely have to look outside of Hollywood and commute.
