Hi Jill, I have a 2 bdrm house on the 17th green on the Escondido Country Club Golf Course. It comes with refer, washer/dryer and gardner and pets are allowed.

Hi Jill. There are some parks that accomodate rentals, however we do not deal with rentals, sorry!..
That being said for 1800 a month you really can easily own a manufactured home, with some reiquirements like decent credit 630 and above...,decent work history and income and you arent sepding more than you earn....(debit to inmcome ratio) have seen some credit areas over looked, as in bad things can happen to good people. The banks (some) will work with all of that! Just sayin
