I am a full time college student looking to find a place in North or East Boise that allows pets. Preferably with rent under 600.00.

Did you know there are programs in Boise that will help you buy a home for typically cheaper than rent? They are designed for low to moderate income buyers with decent credit. Buying a small home or condo will typically save you hundreds of dollars a month over rent and you can literally move in cheaper than most deposits!

If you are not planning on using it as an investment after graduation or if you aren't planning on living in it for at least 3 years, it may not be your best option though since real estate is not designed to be a get rich quick scheme.

Best of luck in which ever way you elect to go forward!

Hi Kaydee!

I have a 1bd apartment off Boise Ave & Gekeler that's renting for $525. It's 620 sq ft and really cute. You can check out the inside photos on our website below. Let me know if you're interested in taking a look at it!
