Hello Tommy,.& Good Day!

Yes, is,... available.
But,..the company representing the owner, bank, &/or mortgage company are not on the up & up!
I called this company four times before I responded to your question.
All four times they hung up on me and couldn't really explain how 'their plan' works. geez!
Home is not in the MLS, and other issues,..etc.
It's simple, it shouldn't be complicated, and it should be 'transparent'.

If want a nice home, Lavon,..or anywhere in the near by area, contact me, I can help!
28 Years in N. Texas real estate.
I can find a diamond in the rough. I'm not your run of the mill, kind of realtor.
In addition, you really want to deal with a company that your leasing from to be fair & reasonable.

I can get you with a mortgage company that will go over with you how to get a home loan.
Prior to '08 I was also a top mortgage loan officer & a realtor. That's called 'dual capacity'.
That's not allowed any more.
I was the #1 loan officer at company's like others.

In addition, helped start up a well know credit repair company.
So, I can get you into a beautiful home for lease while your preparing to obtain a mortgage.
If you have no interest in getting a mortgage, for whatever reason, no prob!
I know the better ones in town,...'That Answer Calls!'

And you will deal with a home owners &/or a management company that lays out everything on the table because I make sure of that before you sign! Not like the company that's representing this property. You'll feel like your on the show 'Lets Make a Deal'.
Where behind one curtain is a car, & another,...a piggy.

As mentioned, 25+ years in this biz in N. Texas.
I've sold all types of real estate, primarily residential.
I know construction,,and my specialty in negotiating contracts.

Get an experienced pro to help you. Be aware of some of these jiggy company's!
Good Luck!
