How much will a displaced family pay for a four bed four bath house.?

I'm more concerned about the 4 bath requirement. If they were available, a 4 bed, 2.5 bath would run around $2500/mo. A house with 4 baths would indicate a much larger size and probably more amenities, so it would go for at least $4000/mo. Again, IF they were available.

Hi Mathew,

After SuperStorm Sandy , the rentals in the area were swallowed up very quickly. As an example of how hard it will be to find a 4 bedroom rental, I have one 4 person family renting in Edison (75 minutes drive) and a five family displaced family now renting in Woodbridge. These are families that have lived in Point Pleasant year-round for over 10 years each and are commuting their kids to school everyday.
