can be 10% of rents collected,10% of Gross amount of the Lease''
or other commission for the " Operations" side of the Service.
Then there are separate fees for Securing a tenant which
can vary from 6% to even 10% again.!! with many times
annual "renewal " fees on existing leases.
All this is to point out that the Management Contract you sign
has to spell out in detail- the charges for the" on-going"
management services you are going to receive as well as
all leasing commissions. The fine print can" make" or "break"
