Good evening, UmChetz:
$1200-$4500 Here are some rental sites that might help you understand the current market.
Matthews and fringe south park areas will probably be lowest, then Ballantyne, core of Southpark, then uptown most expensive. If you appreciate an answer, please give thumbs up. For the most helpful answer, please say thanks with a best answer click.

Depending on what you are looking for in a 3 bedroom rental the prices will vary substantially. Matthews will be the least expensive and you can get a decent place to live for around $1200 a month and up there. Southpark and ballantyne will be in the higher point also depending on waht you want in the place in addition ot the 3 bedrooms. But I have seen prices for rentals in there go from $1500 up to as much as $3000. Uptown area is probably be very expensive becuase of the location and proximity to uptown and expect to pay at least $2000 and up there

If you are in need of soem help in locating a place feel free to either e-mail me at ro call me at 704-519-7895.

3 bedroom rentals vary in all of those different areas. You'd probably be lookg at anywhere from $1700-$2800/month for decent 3 bedroom rentals in those areas (Matthews will be on the lower end).

Let me know if I can help!
