How is the rental market for well kept 4 bedroom homes in Royal Oak? Is it hard to find renters priced in the 1000-1400/mo range for such a place?

Good Evening,

Location, location, buyers love Royal Oak. Another factor, with so many buyers going through credit repair after having a short sale, we see the rental business is booming. If you have questions on leasing your home, we can show you what other homes in your area are leasing for, you should know the market when trying to get the best price.

Leasing is big right now!!! Especially in Royal Oak. It is a given that within a matter of weeks all the new medical personnel who will be starting a (3) year contract with Beaumont Hospitalon 7/1/ will be looking to start their home search. Typically these young people do not wish to purchase but rather lease a property (working all the time and also they don't know the area upfront). It seems that most also wish to live in the same city as the hospital - Royal Oak! - to make for an easy commute.

Please feel free to call/email me. It will be very easy to list your home for lease and to utilize our C21 marketing exposure to be ready and waiting for this upcoming surge of applicants.

Hi Rollover,

Yes the market for homes for rent are up this year a large part of clients come the foreclosed homes and short sales. Most families have children and pets so apartment living is not always a option I agree with the other statement on pricing of 1200-1600 a month of course depended on the your property and with Royal Oak a high demand area If your property is marketed properly you will be successful.

Any questions please email or call !

Have a Great Day

The rental market is going really well. There are alot of clients looking to rent. Having a 4 bedroom in Royal Oak you should not have any difficulty leasing. Depending on the square footage and other amenities the rent should be between 1200-1600 a month. There have been over 140 properties listed and rented within the last 6 months in Royal Oak.

I'd be glad to assist you in finding a tenant for your property.

Good Luck!!

Actually no - there are many people - that are renting their homes out...the higher end of $1400 would be for a colonial with a minium of 3 bedrooms and at least one and half bath, 1300 sq ft with family room or finished basement.
Let me know if you want me to check out your house for suggestions.

$1000 seems like an extremely fair price. The details matter for getting more monthly rent, including square footage, area, basement, and other amenities. If you'd like some recent comparables, feel free to send us an email. Best of luck to you!
