Short term rentals and/or month to month are a little harder to find. and often a little more expensive than year leases, which most people want. There are a few out there.

I have one coming up the first of march that will be available for short term.

contact me and I'll send photos

I would seriously consider googling Whipple Creek Village apartments in Ridgefield. They are very clean, updated and affordable, close to all ammenities and are pet friendly! If you would like more help, please feel free to contact me anytime! My number is 360-609-0086. Also, I have an ex-colleague who has a property management company and is excellent and would be more than happy to call her to see what she has coming up! I have 2 properties that my clients have bought that she is looking to rent out! If you call Whipple Creek apartments, please let them know that Evie Hampton from Re/Max referred you! They should give you a discount as I have sent alot of relocations there! If you would like me to contact them for you, I would be more than happy to! Just give me a call and I'm on it!

Cheers!

Hi Ron,
I did check with my cousin and she just got back to me. She has already rented it out. I am so sorry.
I use Craiglist, and The Proprety Management Group in Vancouver. I have the best of luck with getting my clients even short term rentals there. Here is their website. I trust them. They are the largest property rental agency in Vancouver. Odd of getting a better deal there. http://www.TMGnorthwest.com.
Or if you want me to have my contact there call you to setup a list of properties for you to rent, you can email me your phone number. Whatever works best for you.

Thanks~

All depends on how soon you want to buy. If you are not familiar with our area, will be helpful to rent for few months and get to know the neighborhoods better in mid time. If you know the area, there are vacant prop. on the market with possibility of early occupancy, or lease option to buy. In that case a mid price hotel in town will do for couple of weeks. A large rental company in town w/possibility of offering homes and apartments is THE MANAGEMENT GROUP, toll free: 800.678.6199, local: 360.892.4000. Vancouver is a great choice, Good luck. Hi Ron,
My cousin has a cute little ranch that will be for rent next week. All the answers here are correct. Short term is harder to find. However this little ranch might be the ticket for you. Welcome to Vancouver!
You can reach me at 360-798-6733
