Check out Bottom Line Realty, Kevin Stringari is the owner, his number: 704-900-4462. http://www.charlotterealty.org He deals with out of state investors and handles buying, renovating and leasing for many investors. Mention that you got his number from me, Joe Rosso, as he is a good friend! Good Luck!

I would highly recommend Henderson Properties - they are large enough that they cover all of the Charlotte region, but they are small enough to take each investor/owner the personal care and attention they require.

I do not do property management and honestly never want to but have worked with many different companies since being in real estate. My advice is to go with a smaller outfit that interviews well and that you can speak with. I worked with larger companies (TR Lawing and Hecht) and for reasons that I'll explain offline I would never refer those to clients. My favorite is Stikeleather but I've heard good things about Berryhill and Ann Godley's CRG. Best of luck!

TR Lawing Realty has been pleasant to work with as a realtor. The tenants seemed to be able to work with this company easily enough. Google this firm in Charlotte.

Hansen and Partners, Katherine Hansen is the lead agent. Google her in Lake Norman.

For retail management, I like John Stipp.

I'm a bit partial but my company does handle property management for lots of different clients. We have a small portfolio of about 20 homes but many with investors. Very personal, very competitive and extra-mile attitude. http://www.charlotteresidentialgroup.com or http://www.themurrellcompany.com - Richard Murrell Broker in Charge 704.756.2747- He has an extensive background in commercial real estate and property management. My investors like TR Lawing http://www.TRLawing.com beacuse they are large and easy to work with. If you want to work with a company that will give you are more presonally touch, I would recommend Alison Ludwig w/Mary Cherry Properties. http://www.marycherryproperties.com. Best of luck in your search.
