I have a 3/2/2 car attached villa for rent. This is an unfurnished annual rental. It includes all appliances. Tenant to pay all utilities.....$950 per month. I may also have another 3/2.5/1 car attached townhouse....furnished, all appliances too.

Boy do we have rentals - we have everything from ocean front to mainland properties in all price ranges. Are you looking for a short term rental (i.e., week, month) or a longer term? We have single family homes and condo's so just let us know what you are looking for ... we have it!!

I have a friend who has a beautiful guest house in Vero. Since, we are going into season now I believe the house is listed for about $2000 a month. But with a yearly lease they might be willing to negotiate an equitable price.
