If you have some money($4,000 +/-) for a down payment, you could own a studio condo in downtown Eugene for around $750/mo (including homeowner's dues). It is a 6th floor unit with views of downtown and the mountains to the east. Secure building with secured parking. If you are interested, please give me a call. Would rent between $625 and $795 be too high? This is the approximate difference between furnished and unfurnished. My client may have one available soon. Coin-op W/D and a storage closet plus a parking bay are included. Bus service is handy so a car may not be necessary.
