You do not necessarily have to work with a specific company. You need to work with a realtor to find a rent to own option. These options are offered by sellers. I have only come across a handful of sellers that are willing to do this. You can purchase a property with as little as 3.5% down with an FHA loan. You can buy a Single/Multi Family property or a Condo (must be FHA approved).
