I can send you some options. No problem. What brings you to HB? Been there before? It is OCs largest city and really diverse. I just want to make sure you land somewhere you are happy...

Honestly, renting is a bit difficult in HB - DEPENDING on the area. Many families faced hardship and lost their homes to either short sale or foreclosure. Several have been able to regain employment, however, credit remains an issues. These families want to remain in the same school district with minimal disruption to their family, so they have been renting. Demand for good clean rental is high, with supply low. I'd recommend looking in HB as well as surrounding areas, perhaps Fountain Valley or Westminister. Check out your options, and go from there. Best Wishes, Alane

Having 3 dogs can be an issue when renting but as long as your agent and you are persistent and package your application correctly (letter from you, pictures of your dogs, etc) you can get a great place quickly without much hassle.

Best of luck.

There are many rental homes available in HB with various monthly fees. Your budget and length of your lease will determine what if any homes are still available. Email me your details at: and let's see what is available.

Hi, Thank you for responding. I have relocated from NJ and am looking for a long term lease. It's myself , my two boys 14, and 12, and my 3 small dogs. I would definitely like a single family home with a fenced in back yard for the dogs. I also need at least 3 bedrooms. I figure I can afford $2600 a month, maximum. Feel free to email me with any questions or ideas Thank you!
