It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath home, about 964 square feet with a 2 car garage and good sized back yard. It is listed at $2300 per month. I would say $1800 to $2200 depending on the condition.

Are you the owner or a renter?

All the best,
Kat

Hi Zetabob...Everything is negotiable. Just because the list price is $2300, that does not necessarily mean that that is what the property will rent for. It all depends on what you are wiling to pay and what the owner of the property needs to get. What is your credit like? If your credit is excellent, then you may want to see if you can lease the property for more than one year, which may make it more appealing to the owner and perhaps ask for a discounted rent. If your credit is so so, then they may not want to play ball and lower the rent because it would be more of a risk to them. The owner also needs to cover their costs of mortgage, insurance, maintenance, upkeep, utilities, gardener, etc.

Hello, I could be a possible renter ($ 2,300) is what they are asking for the rent, and I want to be sure that this price is negotiable??? and is there a law that says that what the owner is asking it MUST be the last price?? thank you.
