Hello, my roommates and I are looking for a house somewhere around UCI to rent that is 4 bedrooms. We would each have a single room.

Any leads or help would be appreciated. We all have no pets, and do not smoke.

Hi Michael

Yes I help students with finding a place. A couple of questions I would need to know to help advise you
Is your parents paying any part of the rent?
If not students then we don't have to worry about thy part of it
So no pets and what is the max price you want to spend each month?

Talk to you soon

I'd be more than happy to assist you. I need some more information in regards to any additional features you and your roommates are looking for, and most importantly, your price range.

Feel free to text me your email address and price range and I'll get you set up with listings that are available. Take care and best of luck.

Our range is about $3000. Anything lower would be great, and we would be willing to go a little higher than that depending on the property.

Our lease for our current apartment ends on June 28th. We'd like to move in during the week of the 23rd, but can move earlier if needed.
