We have a very nice one bedroom, four room apartment on the second floor of a two family home. It is located on a quiet, tree lined street with plenty of parking and within a one minute walk to Journal Square buses. NYC is within forty minutes by bus- PATH or twenty minutes via the Holland Tunnel. Heat, hot water, and refrigerator are included. New carpeting, $875.00 per month. Respond to rentme-now@comcast.net or call, 201-946-5354 if you are interested.

Good luck in your search

Hello R. K. You should consider working with a local Agent of your choice, who could assist you in your search, negotiate on your behalf, and ultimately assist in getting you into the next place to call home. You could also check out local newspapers, and other print ads. Should you find an apartment on your own, be sure to verify homeownership before exchanging money.

I hope this answered your question! If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me by the ways below.
