Hello I am a real estate broker that is researching current rentals in the Portland, OR rental area.

Asked by Tom Hale, Happy Valley, OR Thu Jun 27, 2013

You have only rentals on your searches but I do not see the actual rental prices that the home was rented for. Do you have this service or know how I can get this information?
Thanks, Tom

Trulia has their rental website that shows what properties rent for. Call and ask some management companies but most places go for about a $1 a foot in suburbs and get more expensive as you get closer to town with a high point of $3000. Homes.com has a site and Rentometer.com. Good Luck, Tom Inglesby, Broker RE/MAX,
