I work at Rapid Realty and I always return my calls, emails and text messages that my clients send me. I take my profession very serious. I can't speak for other agents but our team at Rapid Realty 958 Lafayette Ave Brooklyn, NY 11221 feel a great sense of empowerment and love to come to work.

Yes I have and they're the worst! I'm not surprised you did'nt hear back from them - that's the way the operation. Bait and switch is the name of the game there. Please, save yourself some time and move on...All the best.

I have dealt with Rapid Realty and just like any other Real Estate Agency it depends on the agent you are dealing with. If you have been contacting the same agent then maybe you should call the office directly to get assistance for the rental you are interested in.

Rapid realty is not the best out there. Find someone that you can work with that will be there when you call or send an email...chances are the property you saw on their site is also being listed elsewhere...

It can be two things happening; 1- the apt is rented, 2-the agent is on vacation.
You can rent apts from any agent so I suggest you to look for other agents that are available when you call.

Best of luck

Why not simply consider working with an agent of your own who can provide any necessary information...

Hi Kathy-

You can read their recommendations and explore a listing of Brooklyn agents here: http://www.trulia.com/voices/directory/Flatbush_Ditmas_Park-…

Hope this helps,
