Has anyone called the contact number listed and then after a few questions they tell you the property is no longer available?

It gets so frustrating when searching for legitimate rental properties!

Hello R. Seang

That can be a bit much!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble fining a rental.

Maybe working with a Realtor may be a better way to go. Your agent will look for properties for you, and confirm they are still avail before even taking you to see them.

Best of Luck to You!!!

Properties are going quick nowadays, for rent or for sale. Whenever I post a property for rent, my phone gets flooded with calls and texts. In a few days I screen enough candidates to choose the most suitable ones. To save time on calls, make sure the first thing you ask if that specific property is still available.

This is the actual address of the property in question 3535 N Weston PL, Long Beach 90807, the property is on the market for sale and in backup/pending status. You can enter the address or MLS # PW13033715 in Trulia, you should find it or click on the http://www.trulia.com/property/1089989958-3535-N-Weston-Pl-L… on asking the questions you're asking to be safe, there are a lot of scammers out there using properties for sale and advertising them as rentals.

I agree. I am not sure what policy Trulia has for their rental properties. But if you need some assistance, our MLS has listings for rental property. I would be happy to forward the listings to you if you let me know what your parameters are.
