I've been confined to a wheelchair for almost 2 yrs now. We currently rent a typical NE Philly 3 bdrm row home. We have 5 kids (1 is away at college). The kids have the 3 bdrms upstairs, while my husband & I use the fin. basement as ours. Our home is not wheelchair accessible, so I can't get out of bed here at all. We need a rancher, bi-level, or something set up for wheelchair access, so that I can get out of bed and cook, clean, enjoy my family, function in our household again.
5 brms would be GREAT, but it's a long shot w/ our budget only allowing a max rent around $1150 (anything more would have to include some utilities). 4 would still be great, and more realistic. The least we can do is 3 & at least 1 would have to be BIG. Again, a rancher would be best, but having at least 1 bdrm on the 1st flr is needed. I just need to be able to get out out of bed again, out of my room, into a kitchen (I MISS COOKING!), a living room, etc. PLEASE, NO SCAMS!!!
