if you are procative it will come off in 7 years..you must be proactive and look into it at 6 year mark

I just had an experience with someone trying to get a loan. The processors response was 7 years.

7 years from the date of the judgment. However, if it is not paid off, it can be put back on 2 times for a total of 21 years.
